Meet Caitlin, the Heart Behind Coastal Event Management

I believe the best events are the ones that bring people together — whether it’s a community fundraiser, a corporate gathering, a milestone birthday, or a celebration of life’s special moments. Every event has a purpose, and my goal is to help bring that vision to life while making the process feel easier, more organized, and a lot more enjoyable.

I’ve spent nearly 15 years working in the events industry, from federal government events to corporate marketing programs and everything in between. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to plan large-scale experiences for high-profile clients, coordinate complex logistics, and support smaller celebrations that are just as meaningful.

Coastal Event Management was created because I saw a need for something different — not just another event planner, but a trusted partner who can step in wherever help is needed. Sometimes you have an amazing idea but aren’t sure how to make it happen. Sometimes you have the ability to plan an event but simply don’t have the time. Sometimes businesses need event support but don’t need a full-time event professional on staff. That’s where I come in.

From researching venues and securing travel arrangements to coordinating vendors, managing contracts, organizing details, and helping execute the vision, I provide flexible event support tailored to what you need — whether that means full event coordination or an extra set of hands behind the scenes.

After moving to the Space Coast with my husband, daughter, and our dog four years ago, we quickly realized this community felt like home. What started as a leap of faith turned into a place we truly love and feel honored to be part of.

Community is at the heart of everything I do. My husband is an Army veteran and now serves as a volunteer firefighter, my daughter attends our local elementary school and is involved in Girl Scouts, and I enjoy serving our community through volunteer work and my involvement with her school’s PTO.

I’m passionate about building relationships with local venues, vendors, and organizations because I believe great events are built through collaboration. I bring a unique combination of creativity, logistics, organization, and genuine care to every event I support.
