Our day-of coordination services include on-time arrival, setup of all materials, equipment and decorations (if applicable), troubleshooting all equipment, and address any other last-minute items you may need before your event begins. You will need to clear the party room or area - We do not move furniture. 


For Tee Pee tents, standard rental would include overnight, 4:00pm - 11:00am next day including setup and pack down. However, these times can be flexible upon request. Additional fees may apply.

For Screen and Projector, rental time would be 6 hours, including setup and pack down. However, these times can be flexible upon request. Additional fees may apply.


 We generally allow 60 minutes for a party set up for up to 6 teepees, and 45 – 60 minutes for party pack down. 

Screen, Projector and movie hook up may take 30 - 45 minutes for party setup, and roughly 30 minutes for pack down.

Be sure to provide your contact information. 


We will require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost of your event upon booking to secure your date. The remaining balance no later than 24 hours prior to your event. 

For bookings made less than 7 days in advance, full payment for your event will be required. 

Cancellation:  We understand that life happens; if you have to cancel and reschedule, we ask for 1 weeks’ notice. The deposit fee will be forfeited.

Reschedule: We can book another date that’s available within 90 days of the original party date, otherwise, the deposit fee will be forfeited. 


Florida Weather happens! During the planning stages for your event, we will discuss and agree upon a plan B should weather become a factor. We will closely monitor the weather and discuss any changes to plans closer to your event. Safety for our clients and their guests is our number one priority.


Anywhere you're allowed to be, we're allowed to be! Home, hotel room, clubhouse, beach pavilion, public park, school or community centers. Just be sure to review your location with us in the planning stages to ensure we have all of the necessary equipment.

We are located in Indian Harbour Beach, FL in Brevard County. If you are more than 15 miles outside of 32937, we may charge an additional traveling fee. Since we make two round trips to your location, anything more than 15 miles is subject to an additional fee.
